The one thing that this show most needs is people going to see it. If you have not yet had a chance to pay a visit to The Mornington Players, the time is Closer than Ever.
The Baltimore Playwrights Festival is a great opportunity for playwrights to showcase their original work, but the combination of the issues with the script and the issues with the Fells Point Corner Theatre production led to an extremely problematic performance.
The Royal Court Jesters’ Camp Rock, the Musical is a wonderfully entertaining production that is great for the whole family.
The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) is a great introduction to Shakespeare for novice viewers and an excellent homage to his body of work for aficionados. It is also just plain funny, and this production was no exception.
Every actor, every detail, every moment, and every note comes across like it was carefully planned and considered in order to undertake this challenging endeavor.
This is the Mid-Atlantic premiere of this incredibly hysterical script, and everyone should check it out. It is one of the funniest new shows to come to town, and this production team and cast does it amazing justice.
Cockpit in the Court Summer Theatre does a truly exquisite job of bringing life to this script with believable and complex characters, haunting and intricate vocals, and an incredible vision of movement and design.
Toby’s Anything Goes was a fun, high energy show.
Although there were technical issues and a few other missteps, the good far outweighed the bad, and it is just a downright hilarious show that was brought to life by a dynamic team of performers.
